All Riley cues and cue cases come with a 60-day money back guarantee. Any cue or cue case purchases made will be eligible for a full refund provided the cue tip has not been chalked.

1. To request a return, please contact returns@therecreationroom.co.uk listing the product information and date of purchase.

2. We will arrange a free returns service for the cue and/or cue case (UK mainland only).

3. A full refund will be issued to you, providing the cue or cue case is returned in its original condition with the cue tip not chalked.

Please note returns and refunds will only be accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
